Education & Experience:

My name is Cleveland Nguyen, and I am passionate about helping people through technology. I earned my Associate of Arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College, where I developed strong skills in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I later earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from American Public University, expanding my knowledge in information security, network security, risk management, digital forensics, and cyber defense.

My education has provided me with both the technical expertise and customer service skills needed to solve problems effectively while communicating solutions in a way that is easy to understand. I believe technology should be accessible to everyone, and I enjoy helping people overcome technical challenges with confidence.
